I am one of those shoppers who like the best quality for the best price. This chair is equal to the most high end chairs that sell for double the price and comes with all of the same benefits. Having to sit at my desk all day long, the fit for my back support and comfort is one of the best I have had. Additionally, I found everyone at customer support to be professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone and would definitely buy it again.
