      I got this for my guest room and size was an issue; this fit perfectly. It won't accommodate a chair with arms, however. Very nicely constructed of solid oak - heavy, but that's oak. The directions left much to be desired, especially for the five thumbed ones. Some of the cams were trickier than needed. Study Step one carefully! I would recommend this product.
