I purchased two of the writing tables for our master bedrom - each side of the bed - we use them for side tables, but they are large enough to also use as a personal writing area where we can display our photos and personal memorabelia as well. In a large bedroom, the space beside the beds can be wasted with small side tables, but this was a perfect fit and it looks fabuous.

This product is amazing. It looks great; it's highly versatile and it is rock solid, especially at this price point. I've always been a fan of the Casey daybed. But I'm not very good at matching different pieces that I love in a room. So as much as I wanted the daybed on its own, I found that it left me wanting more. Until now I wasn't sure how to accomplish that. But thanks to Hayneedle, I have my answer. While I prefer things in sets, I can see people using this in bedrooms, writing nooks, or even kitchens. While I'm more of a computer desk person (drop down drawer is key), I can see a mirror going over this and having my wife use it as a vanity. But I do like it as a set. Great piece! Excellent quality! If you're on the fence, don't hesitate!
